Answer:
Yes. On the second Tuesday of each month, patents for license or sale are published in the OG. The current fee for this service is $25 for each published item.

Question:What's a land patent?

Answer:
Land patents document the transfer of land ownership from the federal government to individuals. Our land patent records include the information recorded when ownership was transferred.

Question:How do I obtain a copy of a patent or a patent application publication?

Answer:
Copies of patents or patent application publications, shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, may be purchased for $3 each. To order a patent copy, you must provide the patent number. To order a copy of a patent application publication, you must provide the publication number.
